My city

 My city is Anuradhapura. It is in the North central province. It is the largest town in Anuradhapura district. Many sacred places such as Sri Maha Bodhi, Ruwanweliseya, Isurumuniya etc. are located there. That is why it is also called the Sacred City.... this is one of the reason that's why Anuradhapura is one of the most popular cities among the people. There are  universities, schools, parks and government hospitals in my city.. Anuradhapura is famous for paddy cultivation.. There are large lakes in my city.. such as  Basawakkulama Wewa, Tissa Wewa, Kala Wewa, Nuwara Wewa. Anuradhapura is a beautiful city in Sri Lanka..I love my city very much💓💓

  Hello!  Everyone!! My name's Anjalee kawindya. I am 22 years old. My hometown is Rathmalgahawewa, Anuradhapura district. There are some historical place near my village. such as Mihinthalaya, Sri Maha bodhiya, Ruwanweliseya. There are a lot of cows🐄🐮 and buffalos in the rice fields and farms. There are some  wild elephants in homeland🐘. There is a big lake in village but there is not a big river. There is a National school and there are a lot of students study here🏫. There is a monastery near my village and in the morning, there are some monks go ask for alms along the road every morning🌲🌳🐒. There are not any supermarkets and shopping  centers. because it is a rural area village. But I love my homeland  very much. home sweet home .....💓💓💓
